Making a Purchase

We accept SEPA bank transfer and, by agreement, card payments via our payment processor (major debit/credit cards). Card data is processed securely by the provider; we do not store card details.
This website and any e-commerce facility are invitations to treat, not binding offers. Quotes, prices, specs and availability are subject to written order confirmation (E&OE).

Shipping & Handling

We supply palletised and full-truck loads across Latvia, the Baltics and the EU/EEA. Delivery terms follow Incoterms® 2020 as agreed (e.g., EXW, FCA, DAP, DDP). Non-standard destinations: please request a freight quote.

Delivery Schedule

Lead times are confirmed in our order acknowledgement. Indicative windows:

  • Stock items: 4–10 business days regionally; export by schedule.

  • Private-label / made-to-order: typically 3–6 weeks.
    Force majeure (weather, strikes, carrier capacity) may affect timing; we’ll notify you promptly.

Prices, Tax & Invoicing

Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT for B2B sales. Latvia VAT applies where required by law. Intra-EU supplies to valid VAT numbers are usually zero-rated (we rely on your correct VAT data and proofs of movement).

Quality, Specs & Tolerances

Wood is a natural material. Reasonable tolerances in colour, grain, minor end-checks/splits and moisture variation may occur. For hearth-grade firewood our internal standard is 25 ± 1 cm log length and target < 20% moisture (split-face reading). Product datasheets available on request.

Claims & Returns (B2B)

Inspect goods at delivery. Note visible damage on the CMR/waybill and notify us within 48 hours (with photos). Quality claims: within 7 days of delivery with evidence. Returns are by prior agreement only; custom/branded goods are non-returnable unless defective. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or credit for affected goods; consequential loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Payment Terms & Security

Payment terms per invoice (e.g., prepayment / Net 7 / Net 30). Late payment may incur statutory interest and collection costs. Card payments are processed over TLS/SSL via our PSP.
